Aliwei's
standard warranty is one year from the
date of shipment and is verified by
serial number of the system. Any defective
component will be replaced or repaired
at not charge during this period. An
advance replacement will be sent or
on-site repair performed at Aliwei's
discretion, at no charge, if any equipment
fails within the first 90 days of shipment.
After that period, and for the remainder
of the warranty, defective modules will
be repaired at Aliwei and then return
to the customer.
Once the warranty has expired, the components
can either be returned to Aliwei for
repair, or an advance replacement can
be provided (at different fees). Please
complete one Field Failure Report per
component to be repaired, and return
it to Aliwei's TAC Center by fax at
