Assists the client with preliminary tasks such as determining projects objectives, feasibility studies, budgetary analyses, site surveys, and design and development. Aliwei also assists the client with obtaining third party equipment and hardware at the most favorable prices to the customer through its extensive lists of vendors and distributors. Aliwei supervises outside contractors where required for infrastructure improvement or other matters related to the project (e.g. electrical service provisions, generator sets, HVAC, etc.). During the course of the project, Aliwei assigns a project manager who acts as the client's point of contact in all matters related to the project. The project manager meets periodically with the client to evaluate progress, review critical items, and make any necessary changes to the agreed project plan. |

Administration and provisioning executive |
Orders circuits, equipment sourcing, requisition and order processing, lead time and delivery scheduling, maintenance, freight forwarding services, overseas shipment and Customs clearance. Aliwei assists the client by generating PO's on the client's behalf, keeping track of the project related documentation, and dealing with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure that the shipping documentation is complete and in order.
