Today's business environment presents many challenges to companies struggling to effectively manage their communications. The greatest emerging challenge is managing the convergence of the three dominant technologies deployed in business today, the Computer, the Telephone, and the Internet.

We are looking to partner with organizations that have broad experience and technical expertise in each of these areas outlined above. In addition to experience, we are seeking mature Partners that have the sales, technical, and marketing resources available to dedicate and support the Aliwei Solution. In addition, it is critical that Partners have both the voice communications experience and the NT/2000 networking expertise to effectively represent and resell the Aliwei Computer Telephony Integration product suite.


Our partnership philosophy is simple. Aliwei's level of dedication to the channel partnership is 100%. We do not sell direct to end-users. Our approach is to go above and beyond the traditional Manufacturer/Partner relationship. We are not only committed to generating end user demand, we have a group of professional telephony salespeople who assist our Authorized Partners generate, manage and close Aliwei business. This is a tremendous contribution to the success of our Authorized Partners. Therefore, it is the mutual commitment of resources between Aliwei and our Channel Partners that makes the Aliwei Authorized Partner Program the ultimate "Win-Win" relationship.

  The Benefits as an Authorized Aliwei Partner

Aliwei will provide Authorized Partner a discounted rate for an Aliwei Not-For-Resale (NFR) Demonstration System starter kit for internal use and demonstration only. Partners with multiple locations must submit a Business Partner Profile for each office location that will represent the Aliwei solution. Each location is eligible for one discounted NFR Demonstration System per selling office.

Aliwei will provide Authorized Partner with priority first level sales support, including regional Aliwei Account Representative available to go on customer calls to help close early opportunities in the development period. Aliwei will provide both Executive Sales and Sales Engineering personnel support for all major opportunities.
Aliwei will provide Authorized Partner with appropriate sales, marketing and technical training tools to aid Authorized Partner with active marketing of the Aliwei product line. These items will be provided on an on-going basis as they are developed and continually updated.
Aliwei will provide Authorized Partner with priority second level technical support resources by telephone and e-mail to assist in the post sales activities. This support is 7 X 24 with a 2-hour guaranteed response rate for down system requirements.
